- Developed the Maine Learning Technology Framework, placing learning firmly in the center of education technology efforts.
- Developed the 10 Professional Learning Curriculum Buckets for Teaching and Learning with Tech
- Co-designer of Auburn’s (Maine) 1to1 Primary Grades iPad Initiative.
- Member: original MLTI Design Team for Curriculum and Professional Development.
- Designed and led extensive professional learning on technology for learning.
- Consultant & outside evaluator for several 1to1 initiatives.
- Founding member of ISTE’s 1:1 SIG.
- Numerous journal articles including four on MLTI.
- Wrote four books on educational technology.
